Inside the Sphere
EventSphere AI Group (ESAIG) is a strategy and experience intelligence advisory firm operating at the intersection of systems design, applied research, and human-centered architecture.
We design intentional event ecosystems that move organizations forward.
How ESAIG is Structured:
ESAIG's structure is built on its core philosophy: systems are interconnected, not isolated.
The Sphere is designed as a living model in which research, systems architecture, advisory insight, and human-centered experimentation continuously inform one another. Each discipline strengthens the others — creating a larger, unified intelligence system rather than a collection of services.
Research informs architecture.
Architecture shapes advisory work.
Advisory insight feeds applied experimentation.
Experimentation generates new intelligence.
This interconnected model ensures continuity and coherence — allowing insight to compound over time rather than reset with each initiative.
ESAIG does not operate in silos. It operates as a system.

EventIntel AI Beta 0.1
EventIntel AI Beta 0.1
As part of our focus on operational discipline, ESAIG will begin a limited beta of EventIntel AI in Q2 2026. The beta will engage a small group of organizations to test how intelligence can be embedded directly into event planning and operational workflows. The emphasis is on usability, rigor, and real-world impact — prioritizing durability over novelty. Participation will be selective and collaborative, centered on learning, iteration, and building systems that scale responsibly.
We are currently identifying aligned organizations interested in early design collaboration as we move toward the Q2 Beta Phase.
We are particularly interested in collaborating with:
• Corporate event teams managing recurring programs
• Agencies overseeing multi-event portfolios
• Enterprise organizations seeking structured planning intelligence
Organizations interested in being considered may contact us at engage@esaig.com.

Atmosphere Arts & Culture Initiative
Human experience observed, understood, and applied.
In parallel, ESAIG is launching Atmosphere Arts and Culture Initiative — a space dedicated to exploring the human dimensions of shared experience.
While much of ESAIG’s work focuses on the structured intelligence generated through events and environments, Atmosphere examines the emotional and sensory signals that shape how people connect within them. Through curated sessions with artists and collaborators, the initiative explores how sound, movement, space, and collective attention influence the dynamics of human connection.
Atmosphere’s team of Experience Curators and Experience Engineers operate within ESAIG to bridge creative practice and experiential research. Their work helps deepen ESAIG’s understanding of how human experience unfolds — informing the broader systems and frameworks through which experience intelligence is captured and applied.
These explorations contribute to ESAIG’s ongoing work to better understand how human experience forms, evolves, and ultimately becomes part of the intelligence that shapes future environments.

The initiative includes the upcoming release of an original EP by ESAIG Founder and Principal Strategist Alexander Garay, A Modern Love Story, In Movements — an expression of the same curiosity and intentionality that informs our work in strategy, systems, and intelligence.

ESAIG is opening deliberately.
Over the coming months, we will continue refining our systems, expanding our research, and building the connective intelligence that supports modern event ecosystems.
EventIntel Quarterly will evolve as our editorial platform — exploring strategy, systems thinking, leadership shifts, and the changing architecture of global events.
New advisory frameworks, applied tools, and collaborative initiatives will follow — introduced thoughtfully, not hurried.
We believe durable work compounds.
And we’re building for the long term.
